I think I may want a feeding tube.
Usually I can't stand media frenzies, and in the case of Terri Schiavo I stayed blissfully unaware of all proceedings until I heard that Congress got together and passed a law. For her. Her alone. And George Bush flew in from his vacation (that alone should be alarming, I don't think he's ever done that) to sign this bill.
So far I have learned that a)If you view a videotape of someone, you are qualified to determine their medical state, b)marriage is very important, but not really, c)some people who claim to love God will do anything to keep others from being with God, and d)judges are stupid.
America is a strange and wonderful country.
In personal matters I must say that I've had the most delightful news of the most delightful fellow being closer to me than previously thought, and I have a sinus infection. At this time it would be ever so lovely had I another adult here to send for pie. Screw.
